The site explains Hearworthy and its release status. It does not create or play episodes, provide an account or library, take payment, or sell a subscription. These terms do not govern the future app or its services.

Using the site

You may view the site and share ordinary links to its public pages. Do not interfere with the site or its security, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated requests in a way that harms availability for other people.

Names, copy, and assets

Hearworthy's names, copy, illustrations, and other original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Ordinary site access does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reuse those materials beyond what the law permits.

Product information and changes

Pre-release details can change as the product is built and reviewed. The site aims to keep capability and availability claims accurate, but it does not promise a release date, price, or feature until that information is approved and published here.

Hearworthy may update, suspend, or remove site content when needed. A material change to these terms will appear with a new effective or review date.

External links

The site can link to third-party services, including the App Store, Cloudflare, and public authorities. Those services control their content, availability, privacy practices, and terms. A link does not make Hearworthy responsible for the third-party service.

The site is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, Hearworthy does not accept liability for indirect loss caused by use of, or inability to use, this informational site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow Hearworthy to exclude.
